The UpSkill SCC is a highly practical 6-week blended learning programme created for senior healthcare support workers. Over these 6 weeks, we will serve as guides on your staff’s journey to enhance their skills and knowledge base. We are committed to equipping your staff with the proficiency typically associated with registered nurses, empowering them to excel in their role.
Our approach will encompass a blend of structured classroom instruction and hands-on practical exercises. Each learner will require a suitably qualified mentor and approximatley 10 hours self directed study, supported in practice.
