Designed for healthcare professionals across residential, community, and clinical settings, this awareness session focuses on building confidence in supporting people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Learners explore the underlying causes of MS, its impact on the central nervous system, and both visible and invisible symptoms, using lived experience, case studies, and simulation‑based learning to bring theory into practice.

By the end of the session, delegates will be better equipped to understand the physical, psychological, and social effects of MS, challenge stigma, and apply person‑centred approaches that promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity.
