This practical course explores diabetes awareness, blood glucose monitoring, flash glucose monitoring, insulin administration techniques and safe diabetes care in clinical practice.
Learners will develop confidence in recognising the signs and symptoms of diabetes, understanding different insulin types, administering insulin safely and responding appropriately to diabetic emergencies. The course also reinforces accountability, infection prevention and safe medicines management principles.
