UpSkill Senior Carers Course End Point Assessment.

Week 6 Learning Outcomes:

End Point Assessment:

  • End Point Assessment Review.
  • Workbook Activity Sign Off.
  • Competency Assessment Review.
  • Celebration of course completion.

This programme concludes with a day of revision, a Q&A session from the learners going over any topics that students would like support with and concludes with an exam style (multiple choice) assessment. 

All successful learners will be presented with a Certificate of Achievement confirming the 45 hours CPD time achieved.

Learner Self-Study
Undertake any remaining mentor led practice in your setting to achieve competency sign off.

This programme incorperates practical elements and  is delivered face-to-face
